BACKGROUND OF Bivha Corporation

Bivha Corporation was incorporated in 2006 under the Companies Act 1956. Mr. Devanand kumar is the promoter of the company and his son Mr. PAMAL ARYA managed the day to day affair.
Initially, the company had one 1 hotel chain  in Kolkata, then in the year 2007 the second hotel came up in Varanas and than the third hotel came up in Bhubaneswar. The hotels are being run very profitably and has also won the best  Star Hotel Award in 2007 from BIVHA EXPO 08

PUNJAB E DHABA, the parent body is in a big way into the hospitality business apart from other businesses in real estate, cinema halls, etc. Presently it owns a 184 room  star Hotel in Kolkata, 98 Room 5 star hotel at Varanasi and The Bivha Hotels LTD Bhubaneswar under the name of FOX PRO HOTEL. The company has maintained steady profitability in every year and has enriched its reserves and surplus fund. Presently it is expanding and revamping in a big way in order to cope up with the present market growth and competition.
